All existing subscribers who have an email address recorded with us are pre-registered for this site. This can be found on any of our correspondence including your renewal notices. To get your password, use the forgot my password link here or on the log on tab.

Your magazines will arrive through the post using the Royal Mail or your local postal service, with 2nd class postage for UK delivery and Priority Airmail for overseas subscriptions. For UK subscribers, we aim to get your magazine to you on or just before the publication date, which can be found when you log in to your account or when you order your subscription. For EU subscriptions, please allow an additional 10 days and for Rest of World subscribers, an extra 28 days for delivery.

Ordering subscription as a present or on behalf of someone else is very easy. During the online order process, just put the recipient’s address under ‘DELIVERY’ address and your own address under the ‘BILLING’ address and we’ll do the rest. You can also arrange for an e-card to be sent to your recipient – look out for this option during your order process.

You can change your contact information and delivery address online by logging on to your account and updating your profile. Alternatively, you can let us know your changes through our contact us page. If you are changing the country of delivery, please use the contact us page as the cost of postage may be affected.

A. We aim to get your magazine to you on or just before the retail publication date, which can be found in the subscription information when you log in to your account. Although we will do everything we can to make sure your magazine is delivered on time, delays can sometimes occur due to postal delays or adverse weather in the distribution network.  Fortunately, it is very rare but we ask that you please allow an extra 5 working days for delivery before contacting us. If we know that a delay is occurring, we will let you know by email. If the issue is still missing, please let us know either through your account screen or by our contact us page.

Back issues, incentive gifts and merchandise orders are posted using Royal Mail or your local postal service – with 2nd class postage for UK delivery and Priority Airmail for overseas mail. Please allow 14 days for delivery to a UK address and 28 for overseas delivery.

A. Full information about your subscription can be found on your profile by logging in to your account, including the expiring issue of your subscription. We will also get in touch by email and post towards the end of your subscription to invite you to renew.

Please get in touch using our contact us page to stop your subscription. Subscriptions can either be suspended until a later date or terminated on expiry. Early cancellation of the subscription may incur an administrative fee.

Free gifts are available with all Direct Debit subscriptions and will be sent to your delivery address once we have received your first direct debit payment.  Gifts are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post - please allows 14 days for delivery once you've seen the payment leave your account.
