How and when will my magazine arrive?
Your magazines will arrive through the post using the Royal Mail or your local postal service, with 2nd class postage for UK delivery and Priority Airmail for overseas subscriptions.
For UK subscribers, we aim to get your magazine to you on or just before the publication date, which can be found when you log in to your account or when you order your subscription. For EU subscriptions, please allow an additional 10 days and for Rest of World subscribers, an extra 28 days for delivery.

How do I order a gift subscription?
Ordering subscription as a present or on behalf of someone else is very easy.
Just click on the GIFT option at the beginning of the order and following the onscreen insttructions to add separate BILLING and DELIVERY addresses.
You can also arrange for gift message to be sent to your recipient on a date of your choosing – look out for this option during your order process.

When will my product or incentive gift order arrive?
Back issues, incentive gifts and merchandise orders are posted once your payment has been confirmed and are mailed out using Royal Mail or your local postal service – with 2nd class postage for UK delivery and Priority Airmail for overseas mail.
Please allow 14 days for delivery to a UK address and 28 for overseas delivery.
Incentive Gifts purchased with a Direct Debit Subscription may take longer to allow for a 10 day cooling off period.

I previously logged in with my subscriber ID. How do I log in with my email address?
All existing subscribers who have an email address recorded with us are pre-registered for this site.
This can be found on any of our correspondence including your renewal notices. To set up a new password, use the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?

How do I change my delivery address/update my contat details?
You can change your contact information and delivery address online by logging on to your account and updating your profile.
Alternatively, you can let us know your changes through our contact us page. If you are changing the country of delivery, please use the contact us page as the cost of postage may be affected.

When will my subscription expire?
Full information about your subscription can be found on your profile by logging in to your account, including the expiring issue of your subscription.
We will also get in touch by email and post towards the end of your subscription to invite you to renew.

My copy of the latest issue is missing?
We aim to get your magazine to you on or just before the retail publication date, which can be found in the subscription information when you log in to your account.
Although we will do everything we can to make sure your magazine is delivered on time, delays can sometimes occur due to postal delays or adverse weather in the distribution network.
Fortunately, it is very rare but we ask that you please allow an extra 5 working days for delivery before contacting us. If we know that a delay is occurring, we will let you know by email.

How do I stop my subscription?
Please get in touch using our contact us page to stop your subscription.
Subscriptions can either be suspended until a later date or terminated on expiry.
Where a minimum terms applied to a subscription offer, details will be listed on your order confirmation. Early cancellation of the subscription may incur an administrative fee.

How do I pay in Euros or US Dollars?
For subscribers wishing to pay in currency, please email our subscriptions team at contact@webscribe.co.uk with your Subscriber ID (if known), your preferred currency (Euros or US Dollars available only), a contact name and email address.
The subscription rate in currency will be calculated at the point of order and can be paid by cheque or by bank transfer. Once your request has been received, an invoice will be sent to the nominated email address with full instructions on how to pay for your order.
Your subscription order will be processed once payment is received.
