Webscribe Limited is very committed to delivering your order to you within a reasonable time and in good condition. This number is charged at standard rates and is in use Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding UK Public Holidays).

DELIVERY POLICY ON BACK ISSUES AND MERCHANDISE ITEMS:

UK addresses: Magazines and merchandise items are sent by 2nd class post and should arrive within 14 working days after your order is processed. Rest of World and Europe addresses: Magazines are sent by airmail and usually arrive within 14-28 working days depending on your country.

Items will almost always arrive sooner although some exceptions may occur, we will contact you to notify you of any delays we are aware of.

DELIVERY POLICY ON SUBSCRIPTIONS:

UK addresses: Subscription copies are sent by 2nd class post and our aim is to ensure that your magazine arrives with you by the published on-sale. Please allow 28 days for delivery of free incentive subscriptions gifts.

Rest of World and Europe addresses: Magazines are sent by airmail and usually arrive 7-14 working days after the on-sale date depending on your country.

On-sale dates can be found on your profile by logging into your subscription account.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be made via Stripe, PayPal or the same method used for the original transaction. The refund amount will be calculated as: total amount paid minus the value of magazines already posted. In some circumstances, an administration fee (maximum £10) may be applied.

RETURNS:

If an item is damaged, we will offer you a) a full refund or b) a replacement of the goods. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the order, otherwise no compensation can be guaranteed.

If an item is not required it should be returned to us in its original sellable condition. If the condition is satisfactory then the return will be dealt with as above. Postage costs will not be refunded.

GUARANTEE:

We guarantee that all items are sent in good condition. If they arrive in less than good condition they must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt for replacement or full refund.

If you are dissatisfied, or have any complaint with any of the services that you receive from webscribe.co.uk or Webscribe Limited, please contact us. Our aim in dealing with our customer complaints is to ensure that you only have to deal with us, that we will strive to be fair, resolute and confidential, and process the complaint in the timeliest manner.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY:

Goods are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. We also reserve the right to vary prices up or down without notice.

All prices are quoted on GB Pound Sterling. Your credit card company will convert any orders placed with Webscribe Limited from UK Sterling into your local currency when they process the transaction at the appropriate currency rate and time.

PRIVACY POLICY:

The data you provide will be held securely in order to fulfil your order and respond to enquiries. Webscribe Limited processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

SITE SECURITY:

Payments: All online and telephone payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal. Card details are handled solely by the payment processors and are never stored on Webscribe systems. Both Stripe and PayPal comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and apply fraud screening to protect transactions.

Direct Debit: Direct Debit details are collected and processed in line with the Bacs Service User Guide & Rules.

Encryption: Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect your information. SSL/TLS works with all major browsers.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Webscribe Limited and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilize parts of the contents of the website without Webscribe Limited express written consent. In particular, you may not copy images, utilize any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilization of any substantial parts of this website, without Webscribe Limited express written consent. You also may not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial (i.e. our prices and product listings) parts of this website without Webscribe Limited express written consent.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, irrespective of the place of delivery.
